The Staple Oak Suite - £230.00

One of Lancashire’s most spectacular hotel bedrooms, with old world character and romantic charm, boasting an wood burning fire, oak beams, private lounge and secluded garden, whirlpool bathtub for two and luxurious Gothic brass bed.

VIP Suites - £200.00

The hotel boasts a bespoke collection of VIP Suites that are the ultimate in indulgence. Each two-floored suite is individually designed and features a magnificent bed, furnishings and whirlpool baths – everything you could ask for on a wonderful night away.

Luxury Suites - £175.00

These luxurious two floored suites with private lounges and unique elegant furnishings, including a four-poster bed or whirlpool bath and offers our guests a romantic night in the most lavish of surroundings.

Suites - £150.00

Smaller suites with double or twin beds upstairs and a lounge area downstairs. Ideal for business clients who require extra space to work and a touch of quality.

Bedrooms - £130.00

Exceptional rooms with double or twin beds and ensuite bathrooms. We also have two ground floor rooms equipped for guests with special needs.

Beds & Cots

An extra bed in a room is charged at £20.00 inclusive of full English breakfast. Cots can be supplied at the addition charge of £10.00

Single Occupancy Tariff

Rates are per room, per night, including full English breakfast & VAT and are based on single occupancy.

Cancellations

In the event of a booking being cancelled, the hotel reserves the right to make a cancellation charge.

Check In / Departure

Check-in time is 2.00 pm (Sunday 3.00pm) and check-out time is 11.00 am. The hotel reserves the right to amend this tariff without notice.
