The Restaurant overlooks beautiful gardens and is open daily for lunch 12.00 to 1.30pm and dinner 7.00pm to 9.00pm to non-residents. On Sundays we serve dinner from 6pm. It has a reputation for complementing the quality and individuality of each dish by utilizing local fresh produce and vegetables, fruits and herbs from the extensive kitchen gardens.
“I have always used local tradesmen and sourced our produce from local suppliers ever since I started Gibbon Bridge some 26 years ago. Many of you ask where our products are from and we are proud to be able to say we source them as close to home as possible. Johnson and Swarbrick of Goosnargh supply our ducks; a selection of our cheese is delivered from Leagram Organic Dairy just ½ mile away; Brendan Anderton Butchers of Longridge supplies our meat and you will even find some of our beer is brewed at Bowland Brewery in Bashall Eaves. The list could go on but what is also important is all the time and effort that our team put in to bringing you a selection of seasonal fresh fruit and vegetables from our own gardens. Not forgetting the homemade chutneys, jams, breads and ice creams etc. from our on site bakery. Now that is what you call local produce!!” - Janet Simpson.
