Wedding Breakfasts

To help you choose your menu and drinks for the big day please take a look through our current banqueting selector and wedding tariff. Please be aware that if your wedding is taking place in a different year to the selector and tariff there may be a small increase in prices. This will allow you to calculate an approximate figure for your wedding breakfast and drinks.

Many couples opt for extending these menus by selecting canapés or granary bites to compliment their arrival drink and by choosing a soup course, a fish course and/or cheese and biscuits.

For the all important budgeting of the big day all you need to do is add any extras such as the Pianist, DJ, Bacon Sandwiches etc…and you have a ‘ballpark’ total.

The prices include hire of the function room where your wedding breakfast is taken, a small posy of seasonal flowers for the tables (if your florist is not providing some), flowers in the public areas, silver cake stand & knife and VAT.

Evening Functions

If your evening reception is being held in The Garden Room or The Cavalier Room then the hotel will provide waiter service for guests who require drinks from the bar. During evening receptions that incorporate The Conservatory and Restaurant, guests will have access to the bar.

If you are inviting extra guests to your evening reception then our licensing laws decree that you must provide them with a ‘substantial’ meal. It is therefore imperative that you offer all your guests a hot buffet.

If no extra guests are joining you for the evening reception we are able to offer a less substantial supper, this usually consists of bacon sandwiches, which prove to be very popular as the night draws to a close.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer just bacon sandwiches to guests who have not eaten the wedding breakfast.
