The Gibbon Bridge Hotel is one of Preston's finest wedding venues and has been making brides and grooms’ dreams come true for over 28 years. This beautiful luxurious hotel, situated in the heart of the Ribble Valley, can be entirely at your disposal for the most special day of your life providing you with a truly stunning setting for your wedding ceremony or reception, particulalry if you are searching for an outside wedding venue.

The Bandstand is the ideal outside wedding venue in the summer and in the winter you can choose between the light & airey Orangery or the warm glow of the Cavalier Lounge with its open fire for your wedding ceremony.  You will be served the finest food and wine and our dedicated team will be on hand throughout your special day to ensure it is one you never forget.

We understand that the process of choosing a wedding venue can be quite overwhelming and sometimes stressful.  Here at Gibbon Bridge we believe that each wedding should be dealt with on an individual basis and that is why we ask you to read our wedding portfolio carefully and then arrange an appointment with our wedding coordinator to view the hotel.  We will then go through all your requirements with you, step by step, ensuring that your wedding will be a truly memorable and perfect day.

Once you have chosen the Gibbon Bridge as your wedding venue the booking will then take the following procedure:

1. Once a date and the arrangements for your wedding have been agreed, the hotel will issue a contract detailing your requirements.
2. You will then be given 14 days to return a deposit of £1000.00, along with your signed contract confirming your requirements.
   Only then will your date be secured.
3. Six months prior to your wedding we require a further deposit of £2000.00. At this point we will provide an up to date banqueting selector and a full wine list.
4. Approximately 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding day an appointment should be made with the hotel to finalise your menus, drinks, table plan, rooming list etc.  At this meeting 90% of your estimated final account needs to be paid. The remainder of the bill is due on departure after your wedding.
