Ribble Valley Hotel Wedding Ceremony Venue - Preston & Clitheroe

If you are looking for the ideal wedding ceremony venue then look no further than Gibbon Bridge.  It is the perfect Ribble Valley wedding venue, situated between Preston and Clitheroe offering a choice of venue for winter and summer; indoors and outside! 

The Cavalier Room

A beautiful setting with a wonderful gothic fireplace, ideal for a maximum of 40 guests. Available all year round but ideal for winter weddings with the open fire and candelight creating a romantic glow.

The Conservatory

Overlooking the outdoor terrace and Bandstand with the beautiful landscaped gardens surrounding them this light & airy room, overflowing with greenery and its magnificent Gothic window and arches is suitable for a minimum of 80 guests.  When opened up into the Restaurant 150 guests can be accommodated.

The Orangery

If the weather disappoints the Orangery won’t as it offers a light airy room in which to take your vows. This new contemporary room, adjoining the terrace, brings the outside in offering the ideal place for a civil ceremony and/or a smaller wedding breakfast.

Marquee Weddings

We are able to offer marquee weddings for between 180 and 350 guests marquee.  The marquee would be situated on beautifully landscaped lawns surrounded by our award-winning gardens. The cost of the marquee hire is from approximately £12,000, depending on the size and interior required.

October to March Minimum Requirements

If you require a band, disco or dancing as entertainment then the minimum requirements from October to March are:

• a minimum of 60 guests dining in the Conservatory
• a minimum of 15 bedrooms to be booked on behalf of your guests at our special wedding rate

There are no minimum requirements or any obligation to book any accommodation at the hotel if you are not having extra evening guests or a DJ/Band.
