Civil Ceremony Venues

• The Cavalier Room
  is the ideal setting for the winter months. Its large real fire not only fills the room with that wood-burning aroma but also offers a perfect backdrop for photographs.
• The Orangery - New for Spring 2010. The Orangery will be a stylish mix of contemporary and traditional – the room will feature large windows which will open onto the garden, cast iron Victorian pillars reclaimed from a local historic building and antique rugs will cover the travertine limestone floor. 
• The Garden Room
  Offers the perfect level of formality and sense of occasion throughout the year.
• The Staple Oak Suite
  Perfect for more intimate ceremonies. The room has old world character and romantic charm, boasting an old wood burning fire, oak beams and secluded garden. (Maximum number: 26).

Accommodation

If you would like to celebrate your wedding at Gibbon Bridge on a Saturday we offer exclusive use of the hotel for your wedding breakfast. The exclusive use also includes accommodation and breakfast for all suites and bedrooms at our special wedding rate.

If your wedding day is running into an evening event here at the hotel Sunday to Friday in the Conservatory you must book 20 bedrooms, those situated over the function room. These 20 rooms will be available at our special wedding rate.

There is no requirement to use any of the hotel’s accommodation if you are holding your wedding breakfast in the Garden Room or Cavalier Room or when holding only a wedding breakfast and all your guests are departing by 6.00 pm.
